Mr. Charles "Chuck" Lowell Hozeska, age 79, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away March 28, 2014. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from General Motors. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Loretta Kubiak Hozeska; brother, Raymond J. Hozeska and sister, Mary Jane Gerger. Survived by wife, Sherrie Hozeska; sons, Jeffrey (Bridget) Hozeska, David (Mary) Hozeska, James (Jill) Hozeska and Patrick (Ana) Hozeska; step daughters, Debbie (Jim) Voltz, Kelly (Roger) Degnan and Leslie Wright; fourteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Services will be conducted 11AM Monday, March 31, 2014 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, David Sawyer officiating.
