Charles Pope

Charles William Pope, age 74 of Spring Hill, TN passed away on June 4, 2019. He was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Carl Henry Pope and Muriel Simpson Pope. A former member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Marietta, GA and a veteran of the US Marine Corp. He retired from the chemistry accounting department at Georgia Tech. Charles was a model train hobbyist and enjoyed music, photography and golf. He leaves behind his loving wife of 40 years, Jane Williamson Pope; children, Melissa (Kris) Day and William Gregory "Greg" (Carmen) Pope; grandchildren, Bryce and Paige Day. Preceded in death by his brother, Earl Pope. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
