March 28, 1944 — February 21, 2016

Mrs. Donna Lee Dolan Galentine, age 71 of Spring Hill, TN passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016.
A member of the Thompson Station United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by parents, Donald and Dorothy Combs Dolan.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Clair Wayne Galentine; children, Bryan (Staci) Galentine and Michelle Rasnick; sister, Dorothy Glasgow; grandchildren, Grayson and Bennett Galentine, Brooke, Jordan and Kayleigh Rasnick.
A memorial service will be held 4:00pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Edward Murray officiating. Visitation will be held from 2-4pm Saturday.
