Elizabeth Wood

Elizabeth T. Wood, age 48 of Spring Hill, TN passed away on November 11,2018 at her home with her family by her side. Liz was a graduate of Brentwood High School and Belmont University. She worked as an executive assistant for Nissan North America Headquarters. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend to many who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Liz leaves behind her two daughters, Bethany and Lauren Wood; parents, John Sr. and Patricia "Trish" Taylor; brother, John David Taylor Jr. (Jessica); nieces, Emmaline and Abigail Taylor; longtime companion, Michael G. Weithman. A celebration of Liz's life will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held in Spring Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
