Ewell Freeman, Jr.

Ewell Franklin "E.F." Freeman, Jr., age 83 of Spring Hill, TN passed away December 7, 2018. Born in Williamson County and a member of Thompson's Station United Methodist Church. For many years he worked in the automotive parts industry. He started his career at Lucas Chevrolet, worked as parts manager with E.B. Smith Chevrolet and then retired from Beaman Automotive. Avid collector of Antique Minneapolis-Moline Tractors. He was an enthusiast of Nascar racing and Southern Gospel music. Survived by: wife, Jackie Freeman of Spring Hill, TN; daughters, Susan Freeman of Franklin, TN and Joanne (Carey) Whitehead of Nashville, TN and beloved pet, Geisha. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, December 10, 2018 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. Bo Myers officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Carey Whitehead, Brandon Brown, Dean LaRue and Tommy Mathis. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Thompson's Station United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
