James Pipkin Jr.

Mr. James E. "Jim" Pipkin, age 61 of Spring Hill, TN passed away at home with his family by his side on October 2, 2016. He was a long-time tobacco farmer and worked for CPS many years before eventually retiring from the US Postal Service. Most importantly he was a loving "Pop" to his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his son, James E. "Trey" Pipkin III and parents, James Sr. & Carline Sedberry Pipkin. He leaves behind his loving wife, Pamela Jo Pipkin; daughters, Shelly (Patrick) Logan and Carla (Matt) Woodard; sister, Lajuana (Eddie) Whitwell; grandchildren, Chase, Nathan and Carson Pipkin, Colby and Sarah Logan, Caden Burns, Blayne and Sadie Woodard; brother-in-law, Johnny Hayes; sister-in-law, Nancy (Joe) Brown. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Monday and one hour prior to the service. Burial in Spring Hill City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Patrick Logan, Matt Woodard, Brandon Whitwell, Justin Whitwell, Mike Goins, Don Blair, Keith Cox and Damon Barnett.
