Kenneth Blackburn

Mr. Kenneth Elwin Blackburn, age 79, of Columbia, TN passed away January 14, 2016.

Member of First United Methodist Church of Columbia. He was an avid NASCAR & Titans fan. Retired from Mrs. Grissom's Salads after 30 plus years of service and then worked for HG Hills. He was also a member of the National Guard.

Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth and Lucille Alexander Blackburn.

Survived by wife of 29 years, Jane Payne Blackburn; daughters, Cynthia Jane (Eddie) Lynch and Julie Annette (Michael) Patrick; stepson, Charles Vick (Misty) Oelze; step daughters, Jenny Ruth Owens and Nikki Lynn Conner; sister, Montie Elaine (Ronn) Westhart; twelve grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 3PM Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Spring Hill Memorial Park, Melinda Britt officiating.

Visitation will be 2-5PM Saturday and one hour prior to service at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Brian and Brad Hambrick and Chris, Mitch, Kevin and Keith Patrick.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kenneth Blackburn Memorial Fund.
