Lois Glasgow

Mrs. Lois Marie Spurrier Glasgow, age 72 of Spring Hill, TN passed away November 23, 2015. She was a former resident of Riceville, TN. She started her career as a cosmetologist, then while raising her children she was a substitute teacher and librarian in Spring Hill. She later worked the front desk at the Best Western in Spring Hill. Member and former registrar of the DAR Jane Knox Chapter. Survived by: husband of 49 years, Marlin F. Glasgow; daughters, Melissa Glasgow (Russell) Thomas & Amanda Glasgow (Jason) Rodgers; stepson, Wayne Glasgow; brothers, Eugene Spurrier, Larry Spurrier, Robert Spurrier and Ronald Parks; sister, Peggy Sessums; grandchildren, Cierra Glasgow, MacKenzie Thomas, Aidan Murphy, Henry Rodgers and Cecelia Rodgers. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Derek Hunter officiating. Interment Spring Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
