Margarette Thompson

Mrs. Margarette "Margie" Lou Thompson, age 75, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away January 5, 2015, at her home, surrounded by her family.
Born in Bulls Gap, TN to the late Clifford W. & Delia Gulley Strange. Margie was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Thompson's Station Baptist Church, and several Christian women's clubs.
Survived by her husband of 55 years, Guy V. Thompson; daughters, Patty (Jeff Altman) Levy & Julie (Donnie) Deffenbaugh; grandchildren, Daniel (Phoebe) Deffenbaugh & Hannah (Nick) Hardiman and a great grandchild on the way, Beck Wilder Deffenbaugh; brothers, Shelby Stroud, Tilman Strange, Johnny Stroud, Carroll Stroud & Stevie Stroud; sisters, Mary Ellen Nichols & Pearl Ledford.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Tom McCoy & Pastor Duane Murray officiating.
