Mrs. Betty Marie Barnett Williams, age 78, of Spring Hill, TN passed away November 4, 2012, at Williamson Medical Center. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and was the guiding light of her family. Member of East Nashville Freewill Baptist Church, homemaker and retired from Jamison Bedding Company in Franklin, TN. Preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Brown Barnett and Estelle Davis Barnett. Survived by her husband of 49 years, Talmadge Williams; daughter, Teresa (David) Porter; brothers, Daniel (Elise) Barnett, Pete (Faye) Barnett & Charlie Barnett; sisters, Nancye (Ray) Russell, Peggy Tedford, Diana (Jerry) Owens, Elaine Morgan & Beverly Walker; grandchildren, Dean (Robin) Carroll, Melisa (Ish) Aranda & Nicole (Jonathan) Luu; great grandchildren, Kayla (Jeromy) White, Michael Carroll, Tristan Carroll & Carolina Aranda; one great great grandchild, Brayden White; and many other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor David Weeks, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael & Tristan Carroll, Jeromy White, Tony Williams, Jonathan Luu, Ish Aranda, Johnny Reed & Terry Adkison. Honorary pallbearers will be members of East Nashville Freewill Baptist Church, Aubrey Carter, Daniel Wren and nephews of the Barnett family.
