Survived by: daughters, Mandy (Gerald) Nelson of Columbia & Haley Perryman; son, Tyler (Brianna) Perryman; parents, James & Delila Usher; brothers, Tony, John & Mark Usher all of Spring Hill, TN. Memorial services will be conducted 5:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Ward Jones officiating.
