Norma Jean Cost

Norma Jean Moore Cost, age 94, of Columbia, TN passed away peacefully on October 17, 2023.  Norma was born in Wadsworth, Ohio on July 11, 1929 to the late Orville Lewis and Grace Mildred Hall Moore.

She was also preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Clarence Cost; son, Dennis Cost; brothers, Lewis Moore, Bernard Moore, Frank Moore; and sister, Winifred Breegle.

Survived by sons, David (Pam) Cost, Terry (Gayle) Cost and Rick (Melaney) Cost; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Cost (Bob) Thomas; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

Norma was a member of Southern Hills Church of Christ in Franklin, TN.  She enjoyed crocheting, reading, studying her Bible and volunteered as a tax counselor for the elderly.

The family will receive friends from 9-11:00AM on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held at 11:00AM with Dan Cottrell and Andy Miller officiating.  Burial to follow at Spring Hill Memorial Park.  Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
