Mr. Oliver Wendell Griffin, age 92, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away February 1, 2015. He retired from the United States Army, serving as a paratrooper during WWII. Preceded in death by parents, Jasper Bennett and Eugenia Case Griffin and brother, Virgil Griffin. Survived by wife, Katie B. Griffin; sons, Dale W. (Martha) Griffin and Gary A. (Darlene) Griffin; grandchildren, Christopher (Robin Webb) Griffin, Carol A. (Teddy Johnson) Griffin and Tiffany Griffin; and five great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 2PM Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Nashville.
