Roger Young

Mr. Roger Lee Young, age 64, of Spring Hill, TN, formerly of Homer City, PA, passed away April 19, 2015 after a short illness.
Loving husband, father, grandfather & friend, Roger was a member of Spring Hill Church of Christ. Roger had served as a deacon & elder and was very active in church activities in Pennsylvania before moving to Spring Hill. He was employed for many years at Dean Foods in Indiana, PA, and was presently employed at Purity Dairies.
Preceded in death by his parents, Francis & Virginia Gatten Young and his brother, Francis Young.
Roger is survived by his wife of 40 years, Faye Young of Spring Hill, TN; daughters, Jennifer (Matt) Miller of Spring Hill, TN, Susanne (Tim) Baker of Spring Hill, TN & Laura (Travis) Simmons of Woodbury, TN; grandchildren, Brady Miller, Ellie Baker, Eli Miller & Rylan Simmons.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Craig Evans officiating.
Burial will follow in Spring Hill Memorial Park, with family & friends serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Guyana Mission Fund, c/o Spring Hill Church of Christ, P.O. Box 696, Spring Hill, TN 37174.
