Mr. Samuel James Jacobs, age 68, of Spring Hill, TN passed away March 18, 2015. He was an artist and musician. Preceded in death by father, James Jewell Jacobs, Jr. Survived by sons, Matthew and Andrew Jacobs; daughters, Jessica Saxton and Lauren Jacobs; grandchildren, Ella and Ethan; mother, Mary Elizabeth Jacobs; brothers, Pat (Pam) Jacobs and Dale (Cynthia) Jacobs. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
