Tyler James Dumke, age 32, Spring Hill, TN passed away June 1, 2016. Survived by parents, Brian and Denise Dumke; brother Travis (Caroline) Dumke; sister, Breanna Dumke; nephew, Rhett Dumke; grandparents, Glenn and Joan Dumke and Warren and Mitzi Borchardt; and other loving family members. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home with visitation two hours prior to the service.
